Specification

Core Function The primary function is to forcibly and precisely lock the slider (core pull) in its final working position during mold clamping, preventing any backward movement or shaking caused by the high-pressure impact of molten material during injection or die-casting. This ensures product dimensional accuracy and mold production safety. Structure and Component Analysis Left Component (Vertical State): Limit Clamp Body (Locking Sleeve) Appearance: A cylindrical sleeve with a closed end (flange base with mounting holes) and an open end. Internal: Contains a powerful spring and a slidable locking pin (or ball). In the vertical state, the pin is spring-loaded and in the "ready-to-lock" position. Right Component (Horizontal Sectional View): Locking Wedge/Guide Block Appearance: A metal block with an inclined surface, featuring an internal cavity and an independent spring-loaded pin. Function: Fixed to the mold slider, its inclined surface interacts with the locking pin for precise alignment. Working Principle The system operates synchronously with the mold's opening/closing actions: Clamping and Locking: During clamping, the inclined surface of the guide block (right component) presses the locking pin (left component) inward, compressing the spring. When the slider reaches the correct position (pin aligned with the block's groove/flat surface), the pin "clicks" into place under spring force, firmly locking the slider. Mold Opening and Release: During opening, the initial force from the mold mechanism overcomes the spring force, retracting the pin and freeing the slider for core-pulling.
